I can trace my love for art back to my first art class in elementary school. Since then that love has grown to encompass design and evolved from a hobby into a beloved profession: beginning from my very first Geocities website back in 2001 to the more complicated, responsive websites I create for my clients today. Since 2007, I have endeavored to offer a full-range of freelance services: web design, print design, illustration, logo design, content management, and more.
Currently, my objective is to step outside the boundaries of solo freelancing. I would absolutely love to work in a creative environment, as part of a design team, where I can showcase my talents and pay tribute to my passion in life – design.
As I mentioned, I’ve been making websites since 2001, when my high school friends introduced me to Geocities. You have to start somewhere, right? Back then, making websites was just a form of expression for me. Now, I create websites for clients who have a specific audience, goals, and message.
Eventually, through my education at UNC Charlotte, CPCC, and Aiken Technical College, I learned many topics under design, from brand identity to print. In between learning, I freelanced from 2007 to 2012.
In my free time, I enjoy creating art, playing video games, belly dancing, and just spending time with my husband and loved ones.
